As soon as Rickster gets home, I will have him on the phone with his buddies from the greater metro area to check on stuff. A lot of his buddies are working for lots of different companies after his old company got bought, so he should find some sort of connections.

We always seem to be hiring. Check out standard.com. My brother is looking for somebody who can program Ruby on Rails. I have no idea what it is but their company apparently loves it.
