The appointment is over. My back feels slightly better. I've been advised to continue my regiment of advil plus add in an icepack. thpppptttt.... I don't like icing myself, especially in the winter time. I've got the icepack on my back, and I'm in front of the fireplace with a blanket on me. I'm slurping down hot chocolate and munching on some hot pumpkin breadpudding that I made up the other night. Funny, I don't really care for pumpkin pie, but I love pumpkin bread and muffins and such. I'm pretty pleased with my bread pudding attempt. I'd like to have the top a little bit more crispy and have a sauce to go over it... but it's a good start.

also, I really love that I can stream npr on my computer.
