MOST ALARMING THING TODAY: I accidentally used a cherry-smelling pen on the whiteboard instead of a whiteboard pen. I completely panicked, and started cleaning it like mad. I really don't want to pay for a whiteboard.

MOST ANNOYING THING TODAY: squid who deliberating screws up his animation so he doesn't "have to" move on to the next part. screw that! guess what, buddy! new (possibly harder) project for you!

MOST EXCITING THING TODAY: We received our shipment of yearbooks today. The activities office didn't wait for me to arrive to open them, though. Which I thought was a little rude. When I walked into their office this morning, there were a whole crowd of people I didn't know looking through the books. They coulda waited a little (pout).

COOLEST THING TODAY: I also got my permanent assignment for next year, in writing! I'm FULL TIME!!! whoo, hoo! (I think my kidneys get an exception today, mr kungfuramone!) wooo! I'll be teaching the following during first semester:
1st period: 3D-level one
2nd period: art studio (like a studio art survey course, mostly freshmen)
3rd period: art studio
4th period: 3D-level two
5th period: prep
6th period: yearbook

second semester is basically the same with one less art studio and one more 3d-level one. overall, pretty rad. the only thing i'm sad about is the lack of anymore advanced levels of 3D. I think there's currently 5 kids signed up for 3D-level three.... and they will perhaps be stuck into a 3d-two class.

anyhow, that's the list of items for today. now i get to plan art studio classes this summer. any opinions on projects i should do?

Woo hoo! Congratulations on the full time! That is so sweat! How does the yearbook look? Are you happy with it? Hope so!

Yeah, you're exempt from the woo = kidney stone rule. For shizzle.

That said, I'm horrified to note that you're teaching first period again. Doesn't that mean you have to be up at the butt-crack of dawn? Foo. I hate.

Those damned activities office beeyotches. I still don't like them. They think they run the school! I, on the other hand, spotted the boxes five minutes after they had been delivered to the office, grabbed a large cart, and pulled them down to my office where they have been locked, locked, locked away ever since. The perks of being in a small school, I guess. AND WE JUST SOLD OUT!!!

Cheers. Can't wait to see your book... bring it down!
