I went to benefit auction Saturday morning. It was awfully early for me, for a Saturday... but it was for a good cause, the AAUW, and was held at McMenamin's Edgefield. There was a tasty veggie quiche breakfast, lots of coffee, a silent auction and a regular auction. I won some hand-blown glass do-dads in the regular auction. It was terribly exciting.
