We lost the Bug yesterday. He was 15. I will miss him terribly. He was with me since I was 19, and moved through 10 different houses and apartments, including one log cabin. He was full of spite, tried to bite everyone, wanted to dominate the world, and I loved him.
I'm heart-broken. RIP tiny Bug.

And we, too, are all heart broken with you.
I send big hugs.
The Bug was the funniest, surliest, most memorable member of cat-kind I've ever known. I'm glad that he and I had a chance to reconcile before I moved to CA.
I'm really, really sorry to hear this, C. More big hugs.
Hi. I don't know you are your kitty. I just happened upon your blog and saw your post. I lost my cat, Anakin, whom I had had since I was 19, I'm now 30, in December. I know that it is incredible hard to lose such an important part of your life. I can't think of anything or anyone else that was such a constant in my life during my 20s besides my guy, Anakin.
I just thought I'd share. I hope the healing process goes well for you.

I will never forget that magical trip to the vet with a very young Bug. He was always full of Bugness...
